フリーターをしつつフラフラしていた所、親戚からマンションの管理人を任される。
成人済みだが童顔でよく気がつく事から非常にマンションの人妻受けが良い。

・瀬奈碧
既婚子持ちの専業主婦。旦那とは大学で知り合い卒業後すぐに結婚し、娘のまゆをもうける。
貞操観念がずれているのか旦那以外と肉体関係を結ぶことに一切抵抗を感じない。
ちなみに旦那は不倫に全く気付いていないようだ。

・瀬奈まゆ
1○歳○学2年生で碧の一人娘。陸上部所属で活発な性格は母とは対照的。
